On Wednesday, Governor Kathy Hochul paid a visit to a New York marijuana dispensary. She posted a tweet mentioning her visit to Just Breathe in Binghamton.

It opened its marijuana delivery service just last Sunday and is the first official cannabis dispensary in the Southern Tier.
