Man Accused of Smoking Marijuana in Car with Loaded Gun Arrested in Tulsa!
Officers in Tulsa reportedly made an arrest after discovering a loaded AR-type pistol in the vehicle of a stoned man.
Police said they were patrolling the area of 41st and Memorial on a Friday night when they received a tip that a man was smoking marijuana in a car nearby.
According to the police report, Nicari Owens was discovered to be in possession of both a joint and a bag of marijuana.
When requested to exit the vehicle, Owens allegedly attempted to elude police by running away but was eventually caught.
A while later, TPD discovered the loaded revolver under his seat.
Owens was apprehended on charges of gun possession, marijuana possession, and resisting arrest.
