Los Angeles County Authorities Seize Marijuana Products Worth $1.3 Million

Police are looking into a Pomona business building where $1.3 million worth of marijuana products were found.
On March 9, Pomona police officers were called to a business at 761 Corporate Center Drive for an investigation into embezzlement.
When they got there, they found a casino that wasn’t supposed to be there. Inside, they found a number of electronic casino game consoles.
During their search of the building, the police also found an illegal place to sell marijuana.
Authorities say they found more than 1,500 pounds of marijuana products, such as loose-leaf marijuana, edibles, and hashish oil.

“The current estimated market value for this amount of marijuana and marijuana products is approximately $1.3 million,” police said.
No operating business permit was found for the dispensary.
Both the illegal dispensary and the casino were empty at the time, so no suspects were arrested, officials said.
The investigation is still ongoing.
